Hello. I am a friend of the Davises. Your link to a Google satelite photo is actually slightly north of the college property. The college property is actually part of the town limits and is bordered by Market street on the west and south.
It was late, things were done, mistakes were made...thank you friend. I updated the link per your instruction.
